Pimjo is hiring a Digital Marketing Executive to lead global campaigns, create compelling content, and drive measurable growth. The role demands strong English skills (written & verbal), proven marketing expertise, and the ability to leverage modern content and AI tools effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital campaigns (SEO/SEM, social media, and email).
- Collaborate with content and product team to produce high-quality content for blogs, landing pages, newsletters, social media, and product launches.
- Manage and update CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow, or similar) with SEO best practices.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and backlink strategies for SEO growth.
- Manage social media calendars, publish regular posts, and engage with global audiences.
- Set up and optimize email campaigns (newsletters, drip campaigns, customer outreach).
- Track, analyze, and report KPIs using Google Analytics (GA4), Search Console, and ad platforms.
- Collaborate with designers, developers, and the marketing team on creative strategies.
- Monitor industry trends, emerging platforms, and AI-driven personalization tactics to stay ahead.
Routine Tasks
- Daily: reply/engage on social channels, check analytics dashboards, publish content.
- Weekly: Prepare campaign performance reports, run SEO audits, schedule newsletters, test A/B campaigns.
- Monthly: Propose new strategies, evaluate marketing ROI, optimize ad budgets, and research new tools.
Requirements
- Excellent English skills (written & spoken) — must be able to create and edit professional content.
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in IT/CSE, Business, English, or a related field.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing and content strategy.
- Proficiency with SEO/SEM tools, Google Ads, Meta/LinkedIn Ads, GA4, CRM/email marketing software.
- Experience in managing CMS platforms (WordPress/Webflow) and applying SEO best practices.
- Strong understanding of global audiences, and cultural sensitivity.
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and turn insights into action.
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tools, trends, and platforms rapidly.
Plus (Not Manatory )
- Familiarity with design tools (Canva, Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator) to create marketing visuals.
- Experience in video editing tools for short-form content (Reels, Shorts, TikTok).
- Basic knowledge of automation tools (Zapier, HubSpot, Make, etc.).
