Pimjo is seeking a Technical Product Manager to instill structure, clarity, and momentum across our product teams. As our inaugural dedicated role in this area, you'll play a pivotal part in defining how we plan, organize, and deliver our SaaS and digital products.
Collaborating closely with the CEO and cross-functional leads, you'll ensure initiatives remain aligned, prioritized, and executed efficiently in a fast-paced, growing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch and iteration.
- Partner with the CEO, engineering, design, and other department leads to define product vision and strategy.
- Translate high-level concepts into detailed, actionable user stories, epics, and feature specifications.
- Develop and maintain a dynamic product roadmap, balancing priorities based on business goals, user needs, and technical feasibility.
- Collaborate on realistic timeline estimates and ensure projects stay on track through proactive milestone tracking.
- Facilitate cross-team coordination to resolve blockers, foster collaboration, and optimize workflows.
- Monitor progress, identify risks early, and implement process improvements to scale as we grow.
- Create and maintain essential documentation, including release notes, user guides, and stakeholder updates.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
- 2–4 years in a product management, project coordination, or similar role, ideally in a SaaS or tech startup environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to bridge technical teams and executive leadership.
- Proven track record of introducing structure and processes in dynamic, scaling organizations.
- Strong ability to decompose features, assess trade-offs, estimate efforts, and drive execution.
- High ownership mentality, leadership qualities, and creative problem-solving skills.
- Keen product intuition, with an eye for exceptional execution and knowledge of emerging global trends.
- Experience in business development, growth hacking, or go-to-market strategies is a plus.
Preferred Skills
- Broad understanding of product and business dynamics from a global perspective.
- Hands-on familiarity with JavaScript/Node.js ecosystems and modern web development workflows.
- Solid grasp of UI/UX principles for web applications, dashboards, and SaaS platforms.
- Knowledge of monitoring, analytics, and infrastructure management tools (e.g., Sentry, Datadog, or similar).
