Junior Frontend Developer (Tailwind CSS + Next.js)

We’re looking for Junior Frontend Developers who live and breathe clean, beautiful, and high-performance UIs. If turning Figma designs into pixel-perfect, production-ready code using Next.js and Tailwind CSS feels like second nature, this role is for you.

You’ll work on modern web products built for performance, aesthetics, and scalability — where attention to detail truly matters.

🔑 What You’ll Do

• Convert Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive frontends using Next.js and Tailwind CSS.
• Collaborate with backend developers for seamless API integrations.
• Write clean, maintainable, and scalable React components.
• Optimize performance, SEO, and accessibility (a11y).
• Contribute ideas, improvements, and best practices to elevate product quality.
• Keep up with emerging frontend tools, frameworks, and techniques.

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (ES6).
• Experience building projects with React.js, Next.js, and Tailwind CSS.
• Familiarity with state management (Redux, Zustand, or Context API).
• Experience working with REST APIs and version control (Git).
• Strong sense of design accuracy — down to the pixel.
• Awareness of performance optimization and cross-browser testing.
• A curious mindset and eagerness to learn fast.

• Basic Node.js (Express.js or NestJS) understanding.
• Experience with UI component libraries or design systems.
• Familiarity with Vercel, Cloudflare, AWS, or Netlify.
