UI/UX/Product Designer

Location: On-site, Baridhara J Block, Dhaka, Bangladesh

Type: Full-Time (Sunday–Thursday)

Role Overview

Pimjo is looking for a UI/UX Designer (Product Designer) to help shape clean, intuitive, and thoughtful digital products. You’ll work closely with developers, product owners, and the design lead to turn ideas into well-crafted user experiences.

This role blends product thinking, visual design, and execution. You’ll be involved from early research and wireframes to polished interfaces and scalable design systems.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct user research and apply design thinking to solve real product problems.
• Design user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes for web products.
• Create visually engaging, user-centered UI using Figma.
• Work closely with developers to translate designs into high-quality, production-ready interfaces.
• Use advanced Figma features like auto layout, components, variables, and constraints to maintain consistency and scalability.
• Help build, maintain, and evolve Pimjo’s product design system.
• Incorporate feedback from users, stakeholders, and product insights into design decisions.
• Contribute to branding, iconography, and visual identity when needed.
• Stay up to date with modern UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.
• Collaborate in a friendly, fast-moving team and continuously improve design workflows.
  

Must-Have Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in UI/UX or Product Design, focused on web products and branding.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, responsive layouts, and visual hierarchy.
• Hands-on experience with Figma and design systems.
• Experience conducting or working with user research and feedback.
• Ability to clearly explain design decisions and collaborate across teams.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and a growth mindset.
  

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

• Experience in branding, graphic design, or motion design.
• Familiarity with brand-driven interfaces.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field is a plus.
