Business Development Executive

Location: On-site, Baridhara J Block, Dhaka, Bangladesh

Type: Full-Time (Sunday–Thursday)

We are looking for a Business Development Executive to support our growth across global markets.

You will work closely with the founder and marketing team to understand our products, positioning, and audience. The focus is on lead research, outreach, follow-ups, and supporting growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Growth and Outreach

• Research and identify potential clients, partners, and opportunities in global markets
• Support lead generation and execute outreach via email and social platforms
• Communicate clearly and professionally with prospects and partners
• Maintain CRM records and keep reports organized and updated
• Follow up consistently to move conversations forward

Marketing and Social Media

• Support social media growth initiatives and campaigns
• Write short-form content for outreach, announcements, and product updates
• Assist in updating website content to improve clarity and messaging
• Collaborate with the marketing team on campaign execution
• Research competitors, global audiences, and market trends

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in business development, tech, sales, or related fields
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to write clear, concise short-form content
• Basic understanding of digital marketing and online platforms
• Organized, proactive, and eager to learn
• Interest in startups, global products, and growth
